PRODUCT RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS FOR ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE FOR IN-STORE PICKUP

All orders placed online must be picked up in-store or curbside. We will not ship items out. All returns must be made either in-person or by mail within 5 days of the date of purchase. Only items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package will be accepted for a refund. Please include your order receipt or confirmation when returning items.

If a product is returned and the order no longer qualifies for a “Gift with Purchase(s),” the Gift(s) must also be returned; otherwise the value of the gift(s) will be deducted from your credit.

Items in the clearance section or marked clearance, discontinued, final sale, or closeout are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Returns made by mail must be postmarked within 3 days of the date of purchase. We are not responsible for return-shipping postage. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received by us. Please be sure to return items via an insured and traceable method. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to us in good condition.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Returns made by mail must be postmarked within 5 days of the date of purchase. Please include your receipt or receipt ID.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days upon receipt to process your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will notify you by email whether your return is approved or rejected. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE

Items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package will be accepted for a refund within five (5) days of purchase.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Gift Cards.

  • Gift Certificates.

  • Any item marked clearance, final sale, discontinued, closeout, or non-refundable.

We cannot promise that all items will be in-stock, even if the item is not listed to be “Out of Stock.” In the case that a product you ordered is later found to be out of stock, we will cancel the order and send you an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. We cannot put items “on hold” for more than 6 hours.
