Cancellation Policy
We understand how necessary schedule adjustments are; therefore, in consideration of our clients and our technicians, please allow at least a 6-hour notice of any cancellation.
If you are receiving a specialty service, a 15% deposit may be required to secure an appointment. No-shows to these kinds of appointments will be charged 50% of the full service price.
